At Hängry Foods, we make sustainability convenient by producing ready-to-eat products from surplus food. 

In addition to providing consumers with a convenient and sustainable solution, we offer the food industry a scalable concept to improve their value chain.

By processing surplus food, we can extend the shelf life of products. Furthermore, by producing convenience menus, we can process a wide range of products.

On average, 20% of food waste is generated in agriculture, 35% in the processing industry, 10% in wholesale and retail, 7% in the catering industry and 28% in households. With Hängry, we address five out of these six areas.

We source sidestreams from the food industry and give them a new value by transforming them into products. We also cooperate with supermarkets and wholesalers.
